After growing up around dieting and following the Dukan diet, I did not have the willpower to diet and restrict myself again, which is when I joined Caitlin’s Quit Dieting for Good program.

Since completing the program, I feel in control of my feelings around food. I feel no guilt, I feel free to make conscious choices and stand by those. What made the program so valuable for me was Caitlin’s support and to know that most of us women all face the same challenges in one way or another. To be able to share those thoughts in the group sessions, to talk through the emotions around food and to be coached through this process by Caitlin made it all an unforgettable and valuable experience.

Module 1: Letting Go of Food Restrictions

Those diets you’ve tried in the past and the food stories in your head have got to go. I teach you how to get rid of them – and once you do, you will have so much room for new thoughts, better thoughts, more exciting thoughts! And did I mention you get to start eating your favorite foods again without guilt? All while improving your health?

Module 2: Body Love

In order to treat your body with respect, like feeding her the food she wants and needs, dressing her well, and moving her how she likes to move, you have to learn how to love your body like you love your parents/child/partner. You will learn and implement body love practices so you can start treating her how she deserves to be treated which will allow you to be confident inside and out!

Module 3: Relearning Hunger and Fullness

It’s hard to know how much you are hungry for when diets have told you how much you *should* need, what food to eat, and when you should be hungry for them. Which is why I help you discover your own hunger and fullness cues again so you can start trusting your body to tell you what, when, and how much to eat again.

Module 4: Emotional Eating

Everyone ties emotions to eating and that’s not a bad thing! But learning how to best take care of your emotions through multiple ways will help you be less reliant on food as your main source of comfort. You will learn how to identify emotions you may have been trying to push aside and from there, know the best action to take.

Module 5: True Self-Care

It’s not all bubble baths and massages, even though those are nice! Instead, you will learn how to move more intuitively, what activities to add into your life to bring you joy, how to be more accepting of yourself and others, how to make decisions based on your intuition, and how to keep chugging when life isn’t going your way.

Module 6: Gentle Nutrition

There is no one diet that is perfect for everyone, but there are foods that work well for you specifically! You will learn how to consciously choose the right foods for your emotional, physical, and mental needs through a process of curiosity and experimentation, rather than restriction.

I’m here as your health & lifestyle coach to help you become an intuitive eater so you can finally feel free around food and confident in your body.

I do this work because I’ve been in your shoes. I started counting calories at the age of 12 and continued to try every diet out there for the next 15 years, until I found intuitive eating.

Now it’s my personal mission to help you stop dieting in hopes to fix yourself, and stop criticizing every body part, so you can start trusting your body again and realize all that you have to offer this world.

Intuitive eating is not a diet and it’s not a meal plan. Really, it’s a way of life, a chance to connect with your body, and a practice that enables you to love yourself in a way you didn’t believe possible.

I decided to join Caitlin’s Quit Dieting for Good program to reclaim my body after 4 years of pregnancy and raising small children. I had slipped in to bad habits of eating chocolate just because it was there and I was lacking energy and feeling bloated and tired. Caitlin’s program helped me to achieve my goals.

Through mindful eating I gave myself the freedom to have treats when I wanted to and really savour them, but also to allow myself to stop when I’d had enough. I now almost subconsciously do checks to see what my body needs and I feel in control of my body and my health again. The program also helped me to take more time for self care – doing more yoga and sport, and also just taking time out with a cup of tea and a book. The program is about so much more than just food – it’s also about self care and learning to take control of your body and your life. I can highly recommend this to everyone!

Frequently Asked questions

I have to say, this is the first question I asked when I took my first intuitive eating course. The answer is that it’s possible, yes. But this is not a quick fix diet and I can’t promise that you will lose weight, especially because your body might not want to lose weight. Intuitive eating helps you return to your natural set point weight (from your personal genetic makeup).


The work you will do on body image will make you realize that your desire to lose weight has nothing to do with weight after all, and everything to do with being happy in your own skin — which this community will help you achieve.

First off, I want to remind you that health encompasses your physical, emotional, and mental self. The process of letting go of restrictions around food helps you rewire your mindset around food – which is very healthy for your mental and emotional health.

Once food becomes neutral again, your body will naturally crave a variety of foods and you won’t WANT to eat ice cream at every meal. You learn that “eating whatever you want” also includes how you want to feel, so you will naturally start to crave nutrient-dense foods again in order to give your body the energy it needs.
I find that once women (myself included) learn how to give up dieting, trust their intuition, and start loving themselves, so many exciting things can happen! This new confidence can lead to a career change, traveling, finding a partner, improving relationships, and simply more daily enjoyment.

Becoming aware of your food relationship is a first step in self-discovery, and the more you discover about yourself, the more positive changes are possible.
In the three-month program, I think it’s a good idea to set aside at least 1-2 hours per week to go through the course, do the homework assignments, and attend coaching calls when you can.

In the following months if you choose to stay in the community – what you put in is what you will get out of it, but I believe 2-4 hours per month is a good estimate. Much of the work happens just while checking in with yourself throughout the day, so it really doesn’t take much extra time. There are always recordings of the coaching calls, so you can always listen while multi-tasking!

You can choose to pay for the monthly membership which is $297 per month and the Quit Dieting for Good course will be delivered to you over the course of the first three months, though you can choose to stay as little as one month if you desire.

My personal recommendation is to sign up for a full year at $2297 because you will be able to go through all seasons of life with support and accountability by your side, and you will feel truly confident as an intuitive eater. Plus, you will unlock new content each month you stay and will have lifetime access to the Quit Dieting for Good Course, along with its updates!
